We have access to the ranch from September 1st at 3:00 pm to September 7th at 11:00 am. We support you in coming and going as you like. We’ll give you the lay of the land when you arrive and you can go from there. We have not yet received the gate code and other entry information but we will get that to you in a follow up email. As a reminder, there are kitchens in every casita for you each of you to store your staples. Leftovers from each meal will likely be stored in the Grande Hacienda and are available to all. Below find the schedule of events and house/room assignments as we currently know them.
Wednesday the 1st
We have New Mexican food being delivered around 5 pm. Weary travelers can come reheat as they like. We’ll be up and waiting for you (we know many of you are arriving late).
Thursday the 2nd
Jambo Cafe dinner! Join us for a delicious African meal served on the Ranch. Delivery is around 6:00 pm.
Friday the 3rd
9:00 am trail ride (leave LMR at 8:15 am) Leah, Jaime, Katie, Brianna
11:00 am trail ride (leave LMR at 10:15 am) Jessie, Cameron, Nina, Anne
Wedding rehearsal - 3:45 pm, Wedding Lawn. Brianna, Anne, Brian, Milo (and a parent), Carey, Rick, Jaime, Sean
Grooms Dinner, hosted by Brian and Anne Adams. Everyone is invited to this Latin poolside event. Cocktails at 5:00 pm (there might be some entertainment) and dinner at 6:00.
Saturday the 4th - Wedding!
8:30 am wedding day light yoga/meditation with Yoga Ma on a lawn tbd.
Light lunch will be delivered to the Grande Hacienda for mid-day grazing.
4:30 pm pre wedding beverages on the Wedding Lawn.
Gather under the cottonwoods trees on the Wedding Lawn at 5:00 pm for Graham and Katie’s wedding ceremony, to be followed by dinner and dancing at the Badlands Cottage.
Sunday the 5th
Wind down at the Lion’s head fountain with a bride’s brunch, hosted by Richard Ach and Carey Behel. Buffet served from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
6:00 pm Katie and Graham peace out to a 10,000 waves soaking pool for a couple of hours
Monday the 6th
Fishing expedition with Jacob Clemens aka Artful Angler 8:00 am at LMR. Graham, Brian, Rick, Tyler - we will be forwarding you an email we received from Jacob. Once he decides where you are going fishing you will need to purchase a fishing license. Lunch and all gear is included. Due to COVID restrictions you will following him to the fishing spot in your own vehicle(s) depending on your comfort level. We assume you’ll be back around 5:00 pm.
